Delivery & postage

Sent within Australia or New Zealand - Your order will be printed and despatched from Sydney.

Sent to any other country - Your order will be printed and despatched from the UK. If you place your order before 2pm GMT on a UK working day your order will be despatched by Royal Mail on the same day.

There are discounts available on postage if you order more than one card coming back to yourself in the same order. To access these discounts, just put more than 1 card coming to the same "back to me address" on the same day into your shopping basket.

Square cards are slightly larger than the Australia Post “small letter” size so unfortunately do incur a higher cost than standard cards when sending directly to the recipient.

Small cards and Postcards are made to be ordered in minimum quantities (4 small cards and 8 postcards). Your order needs to contain at least this many minimum items of the same design all being despatched via the same method (return or direct) on the same day to qualify. If your order is not a multiple of four or eight you will still be charged for the unused cards, so for best value make sure your order meets the minimum requirements.

Express Post

For an added fee you can have your card despatched from our Sydney office by Australia Post’s Express Post service. Next business day delivery is guaranteed to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network. To see if your delivery address is within this network please click here to go to the Australia Post home page and navigate to the Express post section, you need to select NSW as the despatch location and make sure your postcode is listed to ensure next day delivery - beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis. The cost of this service varies depending on the size of your order and starts at $5.10 for postage, packaging and handling.

Estimated Delivery Date

Although we can control the date we despatch your order the date it arrives depends on the local postal service. Always allow extra time for delivery if possible. It is better to be early than late.
