Prepay
To reward our frequent customers and to speed up the order process we developed our Prepay Scheme. Simply add Prepay Credit to your account (minimum $50) and we add an extra 25% Bonus Credit, effectively giving you a 20% discount on your cards.

How big is the discount?
The standard Prepay offer is equivalent to giving you a 20% discount on all the cards you buy.
How do I add more Prepay credit?
When your credit has run out just add more by clicking on the 'Prepay and Checkout' button when you order your next card.
Alternatively you can add credit by going to 'My Account' then choosing the 'Add prepay Credit' menu option
You should receive an email confirmation of your prepay transaction.
How do I find out my Prepay balance?
Go to 'My Account' / 'Credit History'
How long is my Prepay credit valid for?
Prepay credit is valid for 2 years from your last order with Moonpig. If you add Prepay credit to your account now and then come back and order a card within 2 years your credit will then be available for another 2 years from the date of that order.
Can I use my Prepay credit in conjunction with another discount or promotion?
No. Prepay is effectively a volume discount for agreeing to spend more than $50 on cards. If you don't have Prepay and you order more than $62.50 of cards you can receive the prepay discount of 20% by selecting prepay and checkout when prompted from the shopping basket, however you will not be given a volume discount on orders paid with Prepay.
